Frequently Asked Questions
ZingLang uses random matching based on the language you want to learn. Make sure your target language is set correctly in your profile settings so the algorithm does not wear a blindfold.
Other users can only see your display name, avatar, and the language you are learning. Your email and password stay private.
In the chat window, tap the three-dot menu at the top and choose "Block this person." They will no longer be able to message you or find your profile.
Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and choose "Delete account forever." This cannot be undone, so do not press it like a mysterious red button.
